About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Designer to join the marketing team at Primis, a McCann company.
You will be in charge of the visual language and leading the creation of all digital and print assets, including landing pages, organic and paid social posts, presentations (Google slides), emails, white papers, blog images, booth and swag branding and more. As a single designer in the marketing team, you will be involved in every marketing material the department creates, either creating it yourself, or through freelancers.
You’re ideal for this role if you have a good sense for design solutions and you pay close attention to details. You should be a great team player, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to clearly and convincingly communicate your decisions.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web and brand design, for digital and print.
Experience with B2B companies – advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant academic degree preferably from Shenkar, Betzalel, HIT.
Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies.
A can-do approach, learning mindset, positivity, proactiveness, and the capacity to problem-solve.
An awareness of current trends and styles.
Fluent in English (native speaking not necessary).
Skilled and proficient in several of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD, Figma, and Google Suite.
Bonus skill: Video animation. We are a video platform after all!
Bonus skill: Knowledge of Html and CSS.
Bonus skill: Experience with HubSpot.
Bonus skill: Knowledge of B2B or high-tech sectors.
