About the Position
The Senior Product Manager position plays a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and development. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role involves collaborating closely with R&D, sales, marketing, customer success teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure our product offerings are innovative, market-responsive, and aligned with both industry trends and internal business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy- Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and market opportunities.
- Technical Analysis- Analyze technical specifications, guidelines, and documents to ensure our products are built on solid, up-to-date, and compliant foundations.
- Innovation and Standards- Lead the exploration and integration of new standards, specifications, and innovative methods to position Primis as a leader in video technology.
- Regulatory Compliance- Navigate the complex landscape of privacy regulations, cookie restrictions, identity solutions, and contextual advertising, translating these into strategic product advantages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Cultivate deep partnerships with various business units, facilitating collaborative efforts to design, manage, and refine product features.
- Agile Development- Utilize agile methodologies in collaboration with R&D to streamline the development and deployment of product features and enhancements.
- Data-Driven Insights- Harness data-driven insights to oversee product performance, guiding continuous product optimization and strategy refinement.
- Subject Matter Expertise- Act as an expert in the relevant product domain, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
Extensive experience in product management (at least 5 years), specifically within the ad tech field, video technology, or a related sector.
Strong technical orientation with the ability to analyze and leverage complex technical documents to drive product development.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising dynamics, and relevant technology standards.
In-depth knowledge of privacy laws, cookie policies, identity solutions, and contextual advertising strategies.
Exceptional analytical abilities to convert complex data and market insights into actionable product strategies.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to align and synchronize efforts between business and technical teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
Mastery of agile development processes, with a proactive approach to product lifecycle management.
Adaptability to technological and market evolutions, with a continuous learning mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a specialization in digital advertising or technology.
