About the Position
Our platform combines different products including a video player, CMS, asset management tool, reporting system, and dashboards.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic 'Head of Product' to steer our product team and nurture the growth of our product offerings.
This role requires a leader who can build trust and effectively manage stakeholder relationships,
and demands a deep understanding of both the agile methodology and the R&D lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical proficiency, product management capabilities, and a data-driven approach, with a strong background in AdTech.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders. Manage expectations regarding product requests and the roadmap effectively.
- Decision-Making and Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to make tough decisions, including denying low ROI goals and managing the impact of new requests on existing ones. Lead the Product department with innovative approaches and set the path for the product's next level.
- R&D Partnership: Possess a thorough understanding of the R&D lifecycle to align product development with stakeholder expectations.
- Agile Methodology Expertise: Proficient in Agile processes like Scrum and Kanban. Understand how to optimally split content within these frameworks to facilitate efficient product development.
- Product Management Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional product management skills, using data-driven decision-making processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Primis products or strong learning capabilities to become a knowledge guru in Primis products and the global AdTech environment.
- Leadership and Innovation in AdTech: Lead with innovative ideas and approaches, constantly seeking to bring the product to the next level in the competitive AdTech landscape.
- Team Development and Mentoring: Guide and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Extensive experience in product management within the technology sector, specifically in the AdTech industry.
Deep understanding of the AdTech industry, digital technologies, and agile methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions that align with business goals.
Quick learning ability, especially in understanding Primis products and adapting to evolving market trends.
Proven track record of driving innovation and leading teams to new heights in product development.
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and the ability to apply them effectively in product development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
