About the Position

Primis, a McCann company, is looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Manager to join the growing Marketing department. We are looking for a self-driven go-getter with great interpersonal skills, analytical and ready to hit the ground running. You will manage and execute various marketing projects from start to end, interact with and collaborate between multiple departments and marketing disciplines. If you are an inquisitive person with a strong work ethic looking to develop your marketing skills, are detail-oriented, and feel very comfortable around numbers and systems - let’s talk.  Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee and manage the execution of 360° marketing projects and campaign briefs.
  • Centralize and optimize marketing operation flows across different stakeholders within marketing and other departments.
  • Help to monitor the marketing road-map, identify and remove blockers for efficient project management.
  • Improve and automate marketing processes, work closely with marketing senior management on cross-marketing initiatives and processes.
  • Anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, create and maintain schedules and Gantt charts, and hold status update meetings.
  • Manage documentation, project tracking, and tools such as Asana.

Qualifications

B.A/B.Sc. degree.

Very strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Very strong organizational skills and ability to drive multiple projects and stakeholders.

Great communication skills (written and verbal).

Feel very comfortable with technological platforms.

Ability to work self sufficiently, and excel in a high-paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.

Fluent English – reading, writing and speaking.

A team player.
