About the Position

Are you a native Spanish speaker? Primis is growing across the Spanish and Latin American markets, and we’re looking for talent to join our team.

Our Spanish market managers are all-around team players, that are self-motivated and can multi-task to handle every aspect of the sales cycle – prospecting, negotiation, technical onboarding, and account optimization. You will be bringing in new publishers, managing exciting accounts, optimizing them, and working day-to-day to strengthen relationships and maximize the potential revenues of our partners.

You must be a people person who can understand the specific needs of each publisher and act accordingly.

We are looking for someone with experience in recruiting and working with publishers to join our growing Spanish department. We need someone who knows publishers inside and out, and is looking to play an essential part in our company’s growth.

Nuestros Market Managers (Español) son jugadores de equipo altamente motivados que pueden manejar múltiples tareas simultaneas, administrando todos los aspectos del ciclo de ventas (prospección, negociación, onboarding técnico y optimización de cuentas). Traen nuevos publishers y manejan cuentas existentes, optimizandolas y trabajando en el día a día para fortalecer las relaciones y maximizar el revenue potencial de nuestros socios.

Debes ser una persona que pueda comprender las necesidades específicas de cada publisher y actuar para poder satisfacerlas.

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia reclutando y trabajando con publishers para sumarse a nuestro creciente departamento de Español. Necesitamos a alguien que conozca bien el día a día de los publishers y quiera ser parte esencial del crecimiento de nuestra empresa.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, account management, and optimization, preferred in the digital space

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

High attention to detail and powerful analytical skills

Native Spanish Speaker – reading, writing, and speaking

Self-motivated, goal and target-oriented executor that wants to be a key contributor and strong team player

B.A./ B.S. degree in Economics/Finance/Communication/Management or equivalent

Strong Excel skills

At least one year of proven work experience in a similar role in AdTech (preferred)
