About the Position

Primis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This position would be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

  • Talent acquisition- sourcing via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards).

  • Being the focal point with recruitment companies.

  • Oversee employee lifecycle, onboarding, welfare, and terminations.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in all recruitment aspects

Relevant bachelor’s degree – a must

Fluent English – a must
