About the Position
To continue growing, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the full cycle of the recruiting process from end to end. You will use social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook for proactive sourcing and advertising job openings. You will develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns, work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and create and implement strategies for candidate outreach. Additionally, you will support employer branding and participate in employment fairs.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience recruiting for technology and R&D positions
Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills (especially on LinkedIn)
Experience interviewing candidates (both by phone and in person)
High level of English proficiency
Full-time availability at our amazing office in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv (hybrid model will be possible after a few months)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
