Purposes of Processing your Personal Information
We collect and process personal information about you as a job applicant for the purpose of conducting a proper recruitment process, assessing your suitability for the position, deciding whether to extend an offer to you, and, where relevant, extending the offer to you.
In extraordinary cases, we will also use the information we collect to handle complaints and lawsuits relating to your candidacy. For example, if you or a third party file a complaint or a lawsuit regarding our handling of your application, or if we need to file a complaint or a lawsuit relating to your application to protect our legal rights.
We also process your personal information to consider your candidacy for our future openings at Primis, other than the specific position to which you initially apply. For example, we may contact you later if a similar position subsequently becomes available, which we believe may be relevant to you.
Providing your personal information to us is voluntary, and you are not legally obligated to share such information with us. However, certain information is required for us to evaluate your candidacy, and failure to provide such required information may prevent us from considering your application. We will inform you if specific information is required for the application process.
Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect about you as a job applicant typically includes your contact information (full name, email address, phone number), address, qualifications, skills, hobbies, and leisure activities, employment history, experience, and education history, information presented in your resume/CV (Curriculum Vitae) or cover letter, your employment preferences, nationality, and right to work in the applicable jurisdiction (if relevant to the position’s location), performance information we infer from exams or evaluations you complete, and additional information obtained during your interviews.
We also collect additional information that you choose to share with us, such as your current and historic salary information, salary expectations, photos, feedback, and survey responses. If you voluntarily provide us with sensitive personal information (for example, information regarding your health condition), we will process such information only to the extent strictly necessary and solely for lawful purposes, including where required to provide reasonable accommodations or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
We also collect the names and contact details of the references you provide, as well as feedback from managers or interviewers and information we receive through reference letters or discussions with those references. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of any referee you’ve mentioned before providing us with their contact information.
We do not recruit or employ individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information about individuals under that age.

The information, results, and assessments obtained through these tools relate to your skills, characteristics, hobbies, and leisure activities. We will use these to evaluate your suitability for the position.
Data Retention and Future Use
We retain personal information about your candidacy for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process.
Following the conclusion of the recruitment process, we normally retain the personal information of unsuccessful candidates for an additional period of up to 60 months for the purposes of considering you for future job opportunities, internal record keeping, establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or as required under applicable law.
Personal information of unsuccessful candidates will be deleted or anonymized following the expiration of the retention period. This disclosure is necessary for the purpose of charging the finder’s fee that we pay the recruiting agency.
If the operation of our business is reorganized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), we will share your information with the target entity of the merger, acquisition, or reorganization, and with legal counsel and advisors. We do so to facilitate the structural change in the operation of our business.
