At Primis, Business Development Managers are much more than traditional sales reps. They identify leads, build relationships, and negotiate through extended sales cycles with leading publishers worldwide. 

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious junior sales professional, ideally with up to one year of experience in a technology-driven environment, to join our expanding Business Development team. This role requires multitasking between recruiting new publishers, supporting technical onboarding, and optimizing new accounts during critical early stages.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential digital publishers for partnership opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with prospects via email, calls, and social platforms.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, alongside senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and early-stage account optimization.

Requirements

  • Curiosity and desire to grow into a full-cycle business development or sales role.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management in a technology-oriented company.
  • Advantage: Previous experience or familiarity with the AdTech or digital media industry.
  • Previous experience successfully signing deals, driving revenue through prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and renewing business with mid-tier & premium digital publishers (an advantage)
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must.
  • High attention to detail and powerful analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented executor who desires to be a key contributor and strong team player
