About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our Growth & Performance team.
This is an entry-level execution role within a performance-focused environment. You will support the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), while gaining exposure to structured testing methodologies and revenue-driven decision making.
The role combines creative involvement with disciplined data analysis. You will work with ad creatives, campaign structures, and performance data, learning how structured experimentation and consistent optimization drive measurable results.
This position is suited for candidates at the beginning of their performance marketing journey who are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop both creative sensitivity and performance discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and launch of paid campaigns across Meta and other digital advertising platforms
- Assist in ongoing campaign optimization based on performance data and predefined testing frameworks
- Participate in creative testing, including ad copy, visuals, formats, and campaign angles
- Monitor daily campaign performance and flag trends, inconsistencies, or optimization opportunities
- Execute structured A/B tests under clear guidelines
- Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and testing documentation
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and revenue-related indicators
- Support budget pacing and performance adjustments under senior guidance
- Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Contribute to performance reporting using Excel or Google Sheets and internal dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution - Must
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets - Must
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Must
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- High motivation to learn and grow in performance marketing
- Experience working with Meta Ads Manager - An advantage
- Basic hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms - An advantage
