About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer (Social & Native) to join our Growth & Performance team.

In this role, you will support the planning, launching, and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across social and native platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

You will work hands-on with ad creatives, campaign structures, and performance data, assisting in testing and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and revenue-related indicators. This position is designed for candidates at an early stage of their performance marketing career who are eager to learn, execute, and grow within a fast-paced, AdTech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns across social and native platforms.
  • Assist with creative testing, including ad copy, visuals, formats, and campaign angles.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Execute structured A/B tests following predefined guidelines and best practices.
  • Help maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and testing documentation.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and technical teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Support budget pacing and basic optimization tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to performance reporting using Excel or Google Sheets and internal dashboards.

Requirements

  • Basic hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or native advertising networks
  • Understanding of core performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English
  • High motivation to learn and grow in performance marketing
